Hi Jan, I'm glad to know you can laugh at yourself. That is great kindness and understanding you give to yourself. Remember, go slow through the chapters. When you get to the end, start again. It will be a different experience for you because you will be building on what you've already achieved. Then, do it again, adding exercises and activities from the Appendix.
